Wiersbe in a commentary once said, “the world’s worst prison is the prison of an unforgiving heart, if we refuse to forgive others then we are only imprisoning ourselves and causing our own torment”. We have a God who is a forgiver of sin, and healer of all sickness from the beginning of the ages. I am reminded of Saul (Paul) who having persecuted all the Christians he could, his life changed when he found favor and had an encounter with Jehovah Rapha (Great Healer). An interesting thing is the events of healing that followed after that. I would doctor Paul and say he was sick, emotionally, spiritually and physically. On emotional healing, when one persecutes God’s people, or when you feel persecuted that’s an emotional imbalance, Ps 107v20 Jehovah answers sinful Israel’s cry of distress “He sent His word and heale
